Get ready for a fun-filled, action-packed experience that your Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts will never forget! The excitement kicks off
Thursday afternoon, June 5, 2025, at Camp Frank G. Lumpkin in LaGrange, GA.
This special camp is designed for Scouts entering 4th and 5th grade in 2025, providing an unforgettable introduction to the world of Scouts BSA.

What to Expect:

    • Up to 6 exciting courses to complete during your stay, covering everything from swimming to camping and outdoor activities!
    • 3 nights and 4 days of non-stop adventure that will ignite your Scout’s spirit of exploration and teamwork.
    • An opportunity to experience all the thrill that comes with Scout life and prepare for the adventures awaiting in future Scouts BSA Summer
      Camps.

Informational Parent Meeting - open to all interested parties

We highly recommend attendance to at least one of the offered Informational Meetings if you and your Scout plan to participate. Attendance is mandatory for at least one member from each pack who will be camping with the Webelos/AOL; this enables packs to share information throughout their unit.

Monday, May 12, 2025: 6:30pm – 7:30pm Eastern Time – In Person – Informational Meeting Chattahoochee Council Office – 1237 First Avenue, Columbus, GA 31901 or Thursday, May 15, 2025 : 7 PM Eastern Time – Zoom Meeting – Informational Meeting

Participation in an informational meeting is required for the parent/guardian of AOL Scouts – specific information will be shared about the overnight trip to Red Moon Island.

    • Youth Registration $145.00
    • Adult Registration $95.00

  • $30 Per Youth By 3/30/2025
  • $30 Per Youth By 4/30/2025
  • Balance Due by 5/21/2025 for Youth and Adults

Early Discount
Before 5/2/2025 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.
Before 5/2/2025 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Youth Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund will be granted if requested on or before May 1, 2025. 50% refund will be granted if requested on or before May 21, 2025 No refunds will be
processed if requested after May 22, 2025. Refunds do not include credit card convenience fees and will be mailed in the form of a check after the event is
complete. All refund requested must be submitted in writing to Scarlet Guzman at scarlet.guzman@scouting.org
